The luxury Oasis Beach Tower offers deluxe, modern, furnished and serviced hotel apartments situated in the heart of new Dubai. The apartments are located on the beachside rim of Dubai Marina. The Beach Tower features 180 apartments which are spread over 45 floors, totalling approximately 42,000m2 of living space. Each floor contains 4 spacious apartments with 2 x 2 bedrooms, a 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom apartment.

Every bedroom in every apartment has an ensuite bathroom and all the apartments feature a guest room and guest bathroom. The rooms have been designed in a contemporary style with a full range of luxury furnishings and fittings. All apartments have a full house keeping service.

These not only include leisure facilities such as the luxury Spa and watersports, but also include dining and shops. Guests staying at the Oasis Beach Tower will also have full access to the private beach at the Oasis Beach Hotel, in addition to the glorious pool deck located at the Oasis Beach Tower. Other guest services include a 24 hour reception and concierge and a full house keeping service. In-apartment catering is also offered. Inside the apartment there is a fully fitted, spacious kitchen with a range of modern appliances such as oven, microwave and expresso machine, and fine table ware.
